Managing Director

CFO

Shweta serves as CFO and Head of Bookkeeping, bringing strong academic expertise and practical financial leadership to the firm. An M.Com graduate, she leads financial planning, compliance, internal controls, and reporting standards with a focus on transparency and discipline.

She specializes in U.S. bookkeeping, CPA-ready financials, and scalable accounting systems. Her leadership ensures accuracy, timely reporting, and structured processes that support informed decision-making and sustainable business growth.

Jatin Godhwani

Senior Accountant

Jatin brings 3.5+ years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping across diverse industries. He specializes in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate records, timely reconciliations, and healthy cash flow management.

Having supported international businesses and CPA firms, he focuses on transaction accuracy, compliance, and structured reporting. His proactive and detail-oriented approach helps streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
